We do not buy, source or supply any sapphire that is not mined on our own claims. This is because we cannot guarantee the origin, quality, treatment and cut if we were to do so. While our sapphires are precision cut, we do supply native cut stones to our trade VIPs.

Return policy -

Sapphire can be returned with postal insurance within 3 days of receiving stone, in same condition, for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping costs. Our return policy ensures a full money back guarantee if for ANY reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase.  We do not accept exchanges of products and/or credit after this 3 day period.  

We are only a small business with a limited supply, but the outstanding quality and precision cut of our sapphires speak for themselves and are second to none!
